Sesame Marinated Cucumbers

Sesame Marinated Cucumbers

Y’all these marinated cucumbers are the perfect snack or refreshing side to your next meal! They are full of flavor and they have a little heat, making them extra yummy! The toasted sesame oil from Benissimo adds the perfect amount of flavor taking these cucumbers from boring to delicious!! I hope y’all try these and love them like I do! Y’all I made these a few days ago and they are already gone! They’re so good!! Ok here’s the recipe for y’all!! Let me know if y’all make them!!!

Marinated Cucumbers
1-lb-mini, cucumbers
3-tsp-low sodium soy sauce
2-tsp-Rice Vinegar
1/2-tsp-crushed red pepper flakes
1-tsp-Benissimo Toasted Sesame Oil
1-tsp- your favorite honey, I used salted honey
1-tsp-ginger paste
1-tsp-minced garlic, fresh or jarred
2-green onions finely chopped
1-TBSP-Korean Gochujang 2-tsp-sesame seeds

Thinly slice the cucumbers and add them to a large bowl. In a separate bowl add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, honey, ginger paste, garlic, green onions, and Gochujang. Give that a good mix and pour over the cucumbers. Add sesame seeds and then mix so that all the cucumbers are coated. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Then you’re ready to serve as a snack or a refreshing side! Enjoy!!
