Shipping Information

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates depend on your selected shipping method and location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Our primary carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@benissimooils.com or call (770) 938-9884. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If your package is lost, please reach out to us so we can assist in locating it.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Benissimo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
