This Sesame Soy Salmon marinade is the perfect example - it uses those three main ingredients plus a few other pantry staples that you'll almost always have on hand. SERVING TIP: Our favorite way to eat this Sesame Soy Salmon dish is over simple white rice and served with oven-roasted broccoli that's been tossed in our Benissimo Roasted Garlic Oil

 

Sesame Soy Salmon

For the marinade:
- 1/4 cup Benissimo Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 minced garlic cloves
- 1-2 tsp ground ginger
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions:
Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a glass container and submerge your salmon filet in the mixture. Put in the fridge and marinade for 30 minutes to an hour.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Take the salmon out of the fridge and place on a baking sheet skin side down. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes depending on the size of your salmon filet.

Serve with white rice and roasted broccoli or your favorite green vegetables.
